Credo – iOS App for Remote Property Hosts & Contractor Management
Credo is a purpose-built iOS application developed specifically for short-term rental hosts and remote property managers. Designed to simplify and streamline communication between hosts and their contractors, Credo ensures that cleaning, maintenance, and other property tasks are completed correctly, documented thoroughly, and stored for future reference — all in one place.
This project included full development of the iOS app and a supporting backend system, focused on delivering trust, accountability, and ease-of-use for hosts managing remote teams.

Task Completion with Photo Verification
To ensure work is completed thoroughly and documented:
Developed a task management system that requires contractors to submit photos for every task before they can mark it as completed.
Built per-room photo capture features that make the review process easier and more visual for hosts.

Job Setup & Assignment for Properties
To make task delegation simple for remote hosts:
Enabled hosts to create properties and define rooms or zones within each.
Built tools to assign detailed jobs (e.g. “mop floors,” “clean windows,” etc.) to contractors, per property or room.
Allowed hosts to view current and past jobs, as well as job status and updates from contractors.

Contractor Management Made Easy
To keep the host-contractor relationship organized and efficient:
Integrated a contractor list with job assignment tools and history tracking.
Allowed quick review of submitted tasks, comments, and supporting media from previous jobs.

Archiving for Guest Support & Dispute Resolution
To help hosts defend against guest claims:
Automatically stored completed job photos and history, keeping a reliable visual record of the property’s condition.
Made it easy to retrieve proof of task completion long after guests check out — solving a major pain point for many hosts.
