Flamingo – iOS App & Admin Portal for Private Family Storytelling
Flamingo is a thoughtfully designed iOS mobile app that helps families privately share memories across generations. In a world of noisy public feeds, Flamingo offers a safe, closed family network where users can post photos, comments, and messages — and optionally transform those shared moments into a physical, printed newsletter delivered to loved ones like Grandma and Grandpa.
The project included development of the iOS app, a custom admin portal, and a subscription-based payment system to manage recurring newsletter deliveries.

To ensure secure, intimate family sharing:
Created a closed group system, with invitation-based access and clear privacy controls.
Built a simple, friendly user interface to make the app accessible for all ages.

To preserve digital moments in print:
Developed tools to compile shared content into a monthly storybook layout.
Integrated export and scheduling functionality for automated printing and delivery to selected addresses.

Integrated a subscription payment system using Stripe, allowing users to subscribe to a monthly printed newsletter plan.
Included features for managing active subscriptions, billing details, and notifications around delivery.

Built a custom admin dashboard to manage users, moderate content, and view printing activity.
Added tools to manage subscriptions, delivery status, user inquiries, and app analytics.
